Hi all,
Hi good to hear from you Glenn. Yes clearing the chakras helps. i am nearly free, have actually been free of symtomps, but know I still need to make the shift to the heart. Have found the energy worker and she is working in a powerful spot as well (the place me and my twin got together). Yesterday had my first professional massage ever and there is a definite connection to opening up the meridians and former symptoms. She did tai and reflexology, also did the move the chiropractor make which is KEY. Gonna try and get daily appointments for a bit and see what we can do to open up the higher chakras. Still have these earcandles and think it might be time to pull that spirulina and whatever is with it out. Hope she is available because this is the moment. Yes use the prayerwheel (wheel is will, haND IT TO GOD AND ALL WILL BE ALLRIGHT, OPEN YOUR HEART, TRUST YOUR FEELING, FIND THE KEY, TURN IT WE WILL BE FREE. While praying and meditating we are in the right place, no ego that is the enemy, at least the one we know. Do everything you do with heart and soul, everything becomes a meditation. So I started becoming more aware of when I had bad symptoms, and the state of my energy chakras. And sure enough, everytime I felt sick, my chakras were closed up, or congested. I noticed that doing an epson salt bath, and visualizing my chakras opening, was my easiest way to open my chakras and quickly get relief. I also noticed that any other physical activity like walking or exercising also causes my chakras to open. The result is that I can sit in front of computer for longer periods until I start feeling sick, go away and re-open my chakras, and come back to computer feeling good. I'm starting to make this a regular part of living, so I just do it spontaneously all the time, and notice my quality of life dramatically improving. It also creates good life balance by doing all these activities. The other tool I've started using is a hand-held Buddhist Prayer Wheel. It calms my nervous system, slowly spinning the wheel, focusing on the turning of the wheel. I notice an instant change in the energy in my body -- a calm pure energy. I use it anytime I need to calm my mind. All the best, Glenn --------------------------------- Yahoo!
