I buy my shoes at Red Wing shoestore (USA). Some of the shoes they
sell have grounding soles. When I wear these shoes, I get no
shocks.
Interesting about the progestorone lotion... I don't think I've
heard that, and I wonder what the mechanism is?
Marc
I was an ironworker welder for over 22 years.
I always wore those grounded Redwing boots to work
and bought myself a new pair every year on my birthday!
They made a HUGE difference - between being able to work
or NOT work!
Getting 17 amalgamsremoved and finally being able to detox thoroughly
has made the biggest difference in my ES problems!
Some of the things I've noticed since the amalgams came out.
I don't ache all overall day and night any more - no more Fibromyalgia!
My chiropractic adjustments HOLD. Haven't been in nearly a year.
I used to go every other week!
I don't have the sensitivity to light any more and go without sunglasses
most of the summer!
Since I switched to about 85 percent raw food and drink 3-4 quarts of water
each day
with 1/4 tsp. sea salt in each quart of water
and developed better BREATHING
(In fact, I now TEACH breathing development)
I have more energy and stamina (at62) than most 20 & 30 year olds
and FEEL better than I have since I was in my 20's!!
