www.breathing.com offers a wonderful CD
with singing bowls to help slow breathing rate and increase relaxation.
Check out Better Breathing Exercise#2 (subtitled Tibetan Caffeine).

I listen to it regularly (at HOME - NOT while driving) and it's wonderful!

Re: Ringing bell gives some relief

Glenn and I have discussed this a little offline, but just to add to
his message about buddist bells/drums. A few weeks ago my husband and
I listened to "singing bowls" that some friends brought over, and my
husband responded immediately and positively to the vibrations.
They're quite unique. I've read that these bowls have a *healing*
effect but have not tested them enough to say. However, if we had
more $$ to burn I would love to get one (or two or three) and do the
research. The sounds are lovely and calming -- the relaxation alone
would be a great benefit.

Interesting that you bring up this topic. Recently I noticed that sometimes
when I feel ill, it is due to tension and lack of breathing. So I do some
deep breathing and it helps me feel better.

Deep breathing seems to be a cure for many ailments. Especially anxiety -
which seems high among ES people.

Yes, breath in love and light, breath it out with fear and toxins. Release.

Love is our birthright
