Interesting that you bring up this topic. Recently I noticed that sometimes
when I feel ill, it is due to tension and lack of breathing. So I do some
deep breathing and it helps me feel better.
Deep breathing seems to be a cure for many ailments. Especially anxiety -
which seems high among ES people.
