HI, welcome. We found out our home was "sick" with emf's last year and
since have been living with the breakers off (except one) (moved the
fridge to garage) unless we need it. lights at night, washer etc. we
turn the breaker on as needed but mostly keep it off. I love that.
A detox for me was very helpful. I used herbs, nettles and dandelion
roots. Also use zeolite. Take it slow. healing takes time. I don't know
if there is full recovery, but I know for myself, my health has gotten
alot better.
It is frightening to realize that you cannot tolerate what most people
take for granted. Its alienating but it doesn't have to be.
Again take it slow. You'll have to educate yourself about what causes
epollution, like cars, CFL's, and what exposures are more damaging. I
recommend you go to lessemf.com and buy a trifield meter to start. There
is much to learn and the more educated you are the better you will feel
about how to recover. There are connections to MCS and also some people
feel dental work is also a contributing problem.
You will pick up tips on how to protect and heal yourself if you stay
with it. Use a laptop on battery. Sleep on a non metal bed, things like
that.
Best, Sandi
