I've tried the molybedneum supplements but they make me insane with copper flowing through my veins on the way out of the body. I think what made it so bad was that for a couple of years I smoked cigarettes and the cadmium inthe cigarrettes drives the copper deep into the tissues. They say that some people can have mercury fillings and no problems at all. Other people cansmoke cigarettes with no problem at all. The problem comes in when someonewho has mercury fillings smokes cigarettes also. That was me for a couple of years. I'm trying to abstain from chocolate and at the same time I'm taking selenium to chelate the cadmium. I'm trying a new type of selenium thatis coming in the mail shortly. You want what is called the protein form ofselenium. I got mine from grownbynature. com. Sodium Selenite causes cancer. L-seleno methionne they say doesn't work. What I'm also doing is using molybednium and zinc frequencies. Not with a frequency generator. But
I got golf clubs with molybednium heads on them and mixed this with zinc metal and also chromium and quartz in cement. I drove metal rods deep into the ground to craw ground current up to the metals and the quartz. I have this stuff underneath a foundation that I build out of granite slabs. Graniteand marble work very well with E.S. people. I find that granite works muchbetter for me. I found someone who is willing to give it to me for free asthey ghrow away pieces of it everyday. I sleep really really good at nightnow as a result. It is really unbelievable. Mostly I've only built this foundation near the bedroom near the bed and also some more near the living room.

Re: ALA/Selenium

I heard about the different brands of selenium on a radio show. Somebody called in and asked about selenium yeast. I think he said it is just not as effective as the kind that is linked with protons. They say the protons are like a key that opens things up so the selenium can get inside the cells or where it needs to go. Without the proton bound to it it just doesn't work. Still this wasn't the brand that he said caused cancer. I'm waiting for mine to come in the mail and will see if it works better than the stuff I just started taking recently which doesn't have the proton bound to it. If you had a lot of mercury fillings in your mouth you can get build up of mercury over the years and what this causes is mineral derangment including the derangment of copper so that copper doesn't excrete itself and it also builds up in the body. If you also smoke cigarettes the cadmium in the cigarrets then drives all that copper deep into the tissues. The selenium will chelate the cadmium or so they say.

Selenium with "Protons" ?
You mean " Proteins " isn't it?

And I know it is sometimes difficult to find good and trustful info,
especially about supplements and minerals.
Websites from vitamin sellers always have very positive info
about all the benefits of there stuff, but are almost never objective,
it's just sales pitch.

I think this is trustful info about selenium:
http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/selenium.asp
( at the bottom of that article there is a huge load of references )

And don't over do Selenium, people only need it as a trace element,
its not a major mineral like calcium or magnesium.

No they werren't talking about protein, protons. The fellow on the show claimed he was not associated with the company "grownbynature.com". But I get your point. I've listened to many a program on the radio about "purity" vitamins and minerals. I did some research on it and looked at a lot of studies about selenium and cadmium.
