There is no research I am aware of that shows that ES people experience
symptoms from exposure to clean 60 Hz, whereas there is research that shows
that removing 4-100 KHz, leaving clean 60 Hz, relieves symptoms. For example,

Please be aware that in order to address the issue of the effects of 60
Hz. vs. higher frequencies, any research being considered must be
frequency-specific. Numeroous researchers who have done studies and written up
conclusions bout the effect of exposure to "EMF," or even to "60 Hz," did not actually
use clean 60 Hz electricity, but used utility-provided electricity which they
(absent-mindedly?) presumed to be just 60 Hz. It is not.
One research did an interesting experiment on himself. He let clean 60
Hz electricity flow through him for 15 minutes. He didn't notice anything.
Then he let only the high frequencies from his utility-provided electricity
flow through him, intending to to this for 15 minutes, also. However, after
just a few minutes (I have forgotten exactly how many, perhaps as little as
3.) he was so severely affected he could no longer continue. Persistent fellow
that he is, he repeated variations of this several times, always with the
same reslts. (Do not do this experient at home, boys and girls. There is
danger of electrocution. And even if you know what you are doing, the long term
effects may be horrible. You may be sensitized beyond your worst fear. The
researcher was.)
Personally, even at my most sensitive, when I was virtually a walking
meter, I never experienced any symptoms from being near our refrigerator, which
does not produce high frequencies but which definitely produces an EMF.
However, upon aproaching any location-previously-unknown-to-me source of the
higher frequencies, I immediately expeienced symptoms.
Some other points to be aware of are that:
- The human body has good resistance to 50/50 Hz, but less resistance as
frequency increases, until at about 1.7 KHz all the energy is absorbed
internal to the body.
- 50/60 Hz does not flow readily away from the wiring the way the higher
frequencies do. The higher frequencies tend to flow almost like a gas, away
from the wiring and over the surfaces of many things not considered
conductive, such as kitchen counters and wooden furniture.
- The RF frequencies of electrical pollution are literally broadcast
from electrical wiring, water pipes, ductwork, phone lines....
