RF sensor in cars

Someone posted info about an RF sensor installed in cars that sends a signal in case of accident. It's not an onstar system. This also listed what models have it.

As far as car sensors go, most cars have many. It's my guess that sensors in older cars send information through wiring, but newer cars may also send wirelessly. I have a manual for a 2015 car which had the option of keyless entry and ignition. The manual shows front doors and ignition pulsing RF continually as well as the ignition and the "key" fob, and the coverage pattern of the transmission area showed it to engulf both driver and passenger seating area as well as about about 18" from the outside door handles.

My husband drives a 2012 Toyota pickup in which I have never felt well. I have a sensitive RF analyzer which shows that every movement of driver or passenger in their seats causes a sensor to pulse microwave level signals, even when the ignition is off, and also all the while the driver's door is opened.

I've read that EMTs (emergency medical technicians) have become disgusted that police at the scene of an auto accident appear more interested in hooking their device into the wrecked vehicle to gather data from the EDR than they are in the injured people.
