RF blocking shirt

Anybody use a RF blocking t-shirt or long sleeves?
If so, can you provide a link where you got it from, and how well it works?

I am using my own brand, button down shirt with 80% protection.

I use it when ever I can't use a Jacket, which gives more protection but looks less fashionable.
