Yes.During a period while I was living outside of celltowers reach
I found that I could easily get along with one plate of beef stew,a day.
So four meals in four days,as opposed to a constant craving for snacks and food that I often else feel.
Fasting is in general a good thing for any emf-sensitive.
I can confirm that RF causes over eating. I used to have craves all the time, especialy at night. I used to eat a pint of chocolate ice cream every night. When I finally diagnosed myself as EHS I shielded my home against all RF and EF. I don't go out a lot because I get sick from mobile phone masts. After a few months of living in my shielded environment suddenly one night I was felt too lazy to get off the couch and go get my icecream from the fridge, so I thought "maybe tomorrow" but the cravings were gone for good. I do get them ocasionaly when I spend too much time outdoors or in a EMF polluted place and it is always chocolate that I crave for. So I am the living proof that microwaves cause weight gain. The pancreas gets affected and can't properly regulate insuline production sowe constantly crave for food. Thanks God I lost 10-15 kilos of weight and I intend to stay as I am. When I think back, I used to be a more salt and nuts craving person untill I installed my first wifi router in my sleeping area 15 years ago. Since that moment I got insomnia and my cravings switched to sweets.
mrtb,
You've brought forth an interesting specific in regards to chocolate that I never considered could be connected to all this.
I don't have much of a problem as I've been incredibly self disciplined enough not to overdo it and can usually limit myself to one or two pieces of chocolate per day with minimal sugar to no \snacks as well.
Even that little bit I can tell is of no help, but good quality sweets sure are tasty.
But I can tell you, my craving and thoughts towards chocolate are insane. And have grown immensely since the launch of 5g several years ago!
In recent history I've found myself back on a chocolate binge out of nowhere.
What doesn't help is that I am also extremely caffeine sensitive, and although it's not like having a cup of coffee or a caffeinated protein bar, it's easy to forget about the small amounts of caffeine in chocolate.
That certainly doesn't help myself.
I think chocolate contains a lot of copper, which can be good or bad dependent on if you are copper-deficient or copper toxic. I have long noticed that eating high copper foods makes my symptoms worse over the long run.
Copper, absolutely. Also, over indulging some other copper sources as well, such as tree nuts, nut butters, sweet potato, and some dark leafy greens. Be especially mindful if you are a redhead or of Irish descent as I've heard they have a harder time of excreting copper. I know I've experienced copper overload in the past. Proper Zinc to Copper ratio helped solve that.
