I'll look into Seasilver. I did think you meant Colloidal silver. Thanks for
the tip.

This is an excellent point. Someone else was recently warning me about how
dangerous it can be and how you need to detox and chelate it all out of your
body. If I do ever get round to it, I'll have a small filling done first and
see how that goes. I then maybe have them removed over a long time. And yes,
since I'm so allergic to things right now, it would be better to wait until
I'm re-housed and feeling better.

Thanks for all the info on the EMF shielding. As for raising my pH I'm
afriad calcium and alkaline products don't really agree with stomach and it
triggers my candida. I find the acid in my stomach keeps the candida under
control. Though as you say everyone is different, and it's what works for
you. Thanks for all your advice :-)

Kind Regards
Rachel

That's actually how it should be -- candida thrives in a more alkaline
environment, while good bacteria thrives in an acid environment. The
problem many of us seem to face is that our our digestive tract is
too alkaline (promoting candida and suppressing healthy bacteria)
while our bloodstream is too acidic (full of acid wastes from the
candida, plus acidic heavy metals, pesticides, etc.). I haven't
really figured out the best solution to this problem even for
myself -- it seems like something like apple cider vinegar (from
the health food store, of course) would be helpful, as this is
acidic in your digestive tract, and then as it is metabolized
has an alkalanizing effect on the body.

Of course, drinking acidic products and having an overly
acid body means that your saliva is acidic, so you'll need to
provide some additional support to your teeth, otherwise they'll
dissolve away more rapidly -- something with a high pH should
do, like gargling with baking soda.

Also note that of the hundreds of supplements I've tried over
the years, it seems like Seasilver was the best thing I tried
for reducing the amount of white coating on my tongue (which
I presume is related to candida). And for the past month
I've been experimenting with organic, grass-fed, unpasturized
milk, which also seems to be good for this (although I'll
have to wait and see if this is a longterm effect)

Re: candida/pickled vegetables/grains

Hi,

I think the answer to the dilemma too alkaline digestive system and too acidic blood-stream may me pickled vegetables and grains with vinagar soakedin..

The David Yarrow article i once so tried to stress concluded this. So does Kurt on his page.. (please provide the link). He uses pickled/fermented cabbage as a probiotic..

Have white wine vinegar with rosemary branch and in a biblical sense i think we get the clue in the sponge that Jesus was given at the death (of theego-self) on the cross/// Was it a rosemary-branch with a sponge dipped inwhat i think i must have been white wine vinegar!! Cabbage is a good sponge, rice with seasoned rice vinegar of the sushi, i have lately made a lot of barley with vinegar and a lot of spices... A bite a day..
