Question about a surge protector

ci dixon
I am thinking about purchasing an energy saving surge-protector.

I am looking at this model:

http://catalog.bitsltd.us/catalog/SMART/LCG3.html

My question is... Is there a wireless component to this item?  It doesn't look like there is... but maybe I am missing it??

Nothing wireless about this power strip, as far as I can tell...

...the thing with power strips (in general) is that sometimes
the EMI filters make people's symptoms worse.

The only power strips I've ever tried that I noticed
an obvious improvement in ES symptoms were the Quantum
power conditioners from quantumproducts.com.  Most
other power strips with any kind of filtering in
them seem to make my symptoms worse.  The Furman
PST-8 and PST-10 were notable exceptions -- I
didn't notice much difference either way (but
the RF meter thought they were good).

I did recently try a two-outlet version of the
Furman (also with linear filtering) at my workplace,
but oddly enough that made me worse.
I think it may be because I was so close to
it -- my feet were only about 18 inches
away from it.
