It's in a capsule. We have to be careful of our sources, as with any supplement.
http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-1019-PYCNOGENOL.aspx?activeIngredientId=1019&activeIngredientName=PYCNOGENOLThe active ingredients in pycnogenol can also be extracted from other sources, including peanut skin, grape seed, and witch hazel bark.
One of these days I should try the essential Pine oil.

Is this in a pill form?
I know its from the Pine tree, and essential oil of Pine is also supposed to be good for grounding.
And for helping with many issues.
Wonder how well the essential oil of Pine would work for you?
I"d be curious as to what else is in the ingredients?
