Promising dietary regime to reduce eSensitivity

Hi,

Some time ago I already wrote that a raw diet would decrease eSensitivity a lot.
I recently put it to the test again and the results were the same and very promising.
At a friend's place, I didn't even realize that a DECT phone was installed. Normally I can feel a DECT phone within a few minutes.

I think it has to do with the liver strength primarily.
When the liver is strong enough to get rid of all toxins/debris in the blood, the opening of the blood-brain barrier won't cause as much havoc.

One technique, apart from the raw diet, that seems to help a lot, is to make sure the liver can detox properly during the night.
This can be accomplished by not eating for several hours before going to sleep.
For me, if I don't eat after 16:00 hours (sort of a mini-fast), the next day I feel a lot more energetic and I'm less eSensitive.

Hello,

I may add, that a liver cleansing now and then, may help also.
I mean the liver cleansing according to Hulda Clark, which takes only 24
hours to work, and costs practically nothing, especially,
where the grapefruits are not expensive at the moment.
