Does anyone in the group suffer when the barometric pressure changes? I get incredible migraines and body aches...know of anything to do about it possibly?...Debbie |
I remember when I lived in Germany they used to call this "fern" and people
were very conscious of it. It was very common to get headaches when barometric pressure changed. I suspect exercising your energy system may help to reduce pressure - that is how I reduce pressure from extreme nausea. ie. Going for gentle walk to get energy meridians flowing. Giving yourself a good head massage may also give relief - massaging all the nerves in your face and temples. That is what I sometimes do. Thanks for bringing up this concept, because I get a lot of nausea and sinus pain in my head, and always blame it on ES symptoms, so will have to get more in tune with barometric pressure changes to see if it may be contributing to my problem. I notice dairy products increases these types of symptoms for me. I used to suffer from them the same way. I understand it mostly as electrical sensitivity, because I have that too. I mainly rode it out. I ended up taking more vitamin c and tried to up my minerals. Whenever I am low on minerals, I end up having more mcs and electrical problems. You could try that out and see if it works.

Joyce, thankyou for the response, I take vitamins, minerals, probiotic's, omega oils, co-Q10,digestive aid's, silver collodial, reverse osmosis water...lol..you name it! I did read if you improve the ions in your atmosphere that that helps too..like a water vaporizer..if it's the last thing I do I am going to get to the bottom of this one. I must mention this that when I go into work and go downstairs to the cities 911 dispatch office that has all these phones and megga computers fired up...my ears turn flaming red...isn't that strange...so maybe you are on to something there....Debbie --- In [hidden email], Joyce Soos <joycesoos@y...> wrote: > I used to suffer from them the same way.
