Thanks for the info Jan. I looked at their site, but it's not clear how glass spheres (and the vortex) actually remove VOC's, flouride and such. I understand that removing flouride is quite a challenge. Their FAQs state that chlorine isn't actually removed but will off gas in the process or if allowed to sit. I'm looking more for a robust filter, but I'll check out your website and will inquire further.
