Hey everybody, I hope this attachment works, please let me know if you can download it. I've created a PDF file of about two pages with an introductory message about the failure of Health Canada to safely regulate EMR, anda brief bit about why the staff in the library should be concerned about constantly working in a WiFi'ed environment. Some of the letter contains cuts from the excellent Health Canada/Conflict of interest bit that somebody posted recently, and some quotes about the European Parliament's recent statement, interspersed between my words.
After the pages, I'm planning to attach the excellent looking WiFi factsheet that was posted a while ago (I hope I saved it) from...Powerwatch? Or wasit Mast Sanity?...and some other choice tidbits, and some links to the usual, focused sites.
When I asked the librarian if she was, as a staff member, concerned about working in a radiated environment, she was very nonchalant; no surprise there. "Nobody really gave it much thought", she said. Gee, really? MaybeI'll give them something to think about.
I'm planning to make copies (sometime, paper and ink toner allowing) and give a set to each member of staff. They just might listen. I'm sure they'll read; they're librarians!
In the meantime, I would appreciate if you all could look it over and tell me what you think. I don't know if I had an earlier draft, but if I did,I think this one is better. Any input, regarding grammar, wording, and especially if I do in fact have all my facts correct, would be very helpful..
Thanks a bunch!
R.
