First one sounds like a plasma TV (1-30MHz) but considering the range of the signal (at least 10 square miles) and when it starts and ends (roughly 5:20pm until 5am) I would say it's more likely street lighting, but that's purely a guess. It's causing headaches, sleep disturbance, skin irritation and eye pain. It's almost completely polluting the ground, air and powerlines for miles. I suspect it's causing serious health problems for many others without having any idea it could be EMF-related. Every house out of a couple dozen I've gone up to is affected.
