Hi, all. I have not been the same since my Smart Meter exposure in March, 2011 in Maine. It disabled me in a very big way & others, too. This MPUC investigation into the Smart Meter health issues is VERY IMPORTANT in that the decision will affect what other states' PUCs decide to do about customers' health complaints. That means that in order to force the Maine PUC to look at the actual science (it's not like they want to acknowledge the problem & have to switch back to analog meters), those bringing the case to the PUC need financial support. Please donate &/or spread the word. Thank you very much :) Love & blessings, E. Smart Meters Can Hurt You & Your Family Hello All, The Maine PUC is the only state agency that has opened an official investigation related exclusively to the health issues surrounding smart meters...no other state has opened an investigation specifically investigating the health. Other state PUCs have used the excuse that they don't have jurisdiction on this issue (not true, says the Supreme Court of Maine). Needless to say our Maine case will be a precedent setting verdict that will be used by every other state PUC against their customers or....if we are successful, shared with every grass roots group fighting to get rid of smart meters across the country (46 states). We realize that we have to do the best job possible and that repercussions from the outcomes of this investigation will be felt by every other grass roots group fighting smart meters across the US and Canada. We are out straight (only 4 of us dealing with the legal case) using every spare moment, doing our very best to respond to the multiple utility case filings and line up the most qualified health/scientific experts from around the world. Twelve (12) experts so far have agreed to help us but we need money to pay for their time! We have already spent $68,000.00 just getting the case through the PUC the first time, then to the Maine highest Supreme court, and now back to the PUC (over $50,000 has been contributed by one single astoundingly generous and wonderful soul and we just cannot expect him to give anymore). We could use your help. Attached is a request for donations that we would appreciate you sending to all your e-mail lists. Instructions are also included in the attachment. Our hired scientific health experts testimony is due by December 3, 2012 and time is of the essence to get funding. This PUC verdict could help or hurt every other grass roots group fighting smart meters around the country. We have a very good chance to make a difference on this issue and have a past record of victories in this state. Please help if you can.
