I don't know if anyone in the states here would be interested in
living in northwest Montana, the Marion area specifically, but there
are a couple pieces (3 actually) of property on either side of me up
for sale, one is not actually listed yet.
Being my new joint landowner and I drew up agreements for reducing
emf as much as possible, I thought it might be really nice to get a
couple more people in the neighborhood aware of the harmful effects
that would work to that direction.
If we get a couple more people there, we would "own" that whole side
of the neighborhood, and could draw up covenants ruling out satellite
dishes, wifi etc. from being brought in.
I think in time that would also give more leverage to making any
towers that might come in and infect the vicinity to have to rework
their framework as not to affect us. Anyone tried this before?
Myself will be off the grid, many people in the area are, but just to
keep out wireless things would be hugely beneficial.

One is 10.66 acres and cross fenced pasture for horses, has a boat
shed and nice house, easy winter access. Owner's current thought for
price is $285,000. I would guess she may come down, with the economy
like it is, if she really wants to move as much as she says, as she
is now widowed.
The other two pieces (one, but was split) has some possibly serious
lookers, but no down yet. The one adjoining me directly is 4+ ac.,
the one it was part of I think is around 7 or 8, with a beautiful log
house.
Hope this isn't out of line to post here, but it might be the best
place too. :)
