I just uploaded the peptide data sheet and informed consent form from
John's clinic in Ohio (Celebration of Health Center). It's 3 pages
long. I believe this is the same document that John received which he
described as very basic and geared to the layperson -- so it may not
answer this group's more technical questions about how the injections
work. But it may be of interest anyway.
