Ozone generators

Yolanda LaCombe
Jumping in here. All ozone generators are not created equal and a lot
of them are fairly fragile. Having said all that, my husband and I
LOVE them and have had very good luck with them. To deodorize a room
or small space-- LEAVE. If it is a room in your house and you can
shut it off do so and that should keep you pretty safe. Before you do
that turn the ozone generator on full bore and leave it at least 12
hours. When you reenter, open the windows immediately. Then I would
close the doors again and let the ozone dissipate. Sometimes you need
to do another installment.

Something I did years ago at the suggestion of a woman who would now
be called a medical intuitive was this. I was working in a store and
had initiated a series of talks. Without telling me the boss had
carpet installers come in and carpet the room. The talk was on health
and geared to attract sensitve people. The carpet was installed 24
hours before the time of the lecture. I put in a 911 call to my
intuitive friend. She said to get a few onions and cut them up and
scatter them around. Amazingly it worked in just a few hours. I had
plenty of time to air out the place. Nobody complained about the
ozone or the carpet.

Hope this helps,

Yolanda

RE: Ozone generators

ThanksYolanda, very useful! I'm intrigued by the onion trick, that's a new
one on me. We've used bicarbonate of soda and spider plants to absorb
smells, but they didn't work on the carpet. However as onions must also
emit something as well as asborbing (hence making you cry) maybe that is an
X factor that makes the difference?
