Oxalates,greens,smoothies...

HI
have a new theory
after dealing with reactions that realized may be from
eating spinach and beets one week, so when liiked up
symptoms. They are very wide ranging, as oxalates can go to diff parts of the body. (this is just 1 source  of info - http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/how-green-smoothies-can-devastate-your-health/ )
found some other foods was eating also contains very high oxalates,almonds.
New theory - can the oxalates which seem could be a metal as
form with different minerals, then cause more attraction and noticeing
of EMF, in diff body parts. so fatigue, fuzzy thinking, joint pain, symptoms of UTI wo infection,.... vite B6 helps some (others worse), Cal. citrate, biotin are some aupps. listed as maybe helpful. Also some people make oxalates. I have been slowly lowering oxalates so dont have a big painful dumping of them and trying diff supplements to see whats helpful. (tried biting off 1/16" of vite B6 and helps me w energy)
would be nice if makes buzzing feet hands stop.

lynn, hi!
chlorophyll is why greens are so good for us.
chlorophyll is only one ion different than hemoglobin,
so it contains everything we need for healthy blood.
as for the oxalates, if you ever watch a deer eat,
you will see that it will chew for a very long time on
a leaf… a VERY long time… as do all herbivores.  
only humans consume so much food so quickly -
and then they get upset stomaches and other awful
symptoms.  the very best advice i can give is to
become good friends with your body so you can
hear its messages and let it lead you to a peaceful
state of health where you have no addictions.  when
you eat not from addictions (to sugar, to salt, to
'comfort foods', etc), then you can trust it to tell you
what to eat - and it won't steer you wrong.  :)
