Marc, what helps you most in your detox (if you do at all)?

Do you also believe heavy metals are a big part of why we feel like this (ES)?

I *do* believe that heavy metals are a big part of this for myself, however I have tried virtually everything on the market that is supposed to be good for heavy metals, and generally have adverse reactions / go downhill on virtually all of them.

However, I did go through 30 bottles of BioRay's NDF at the beginning of all this, so I could handle that.  Some people cannot even handle that.  Also I think Microhydrin was a huge help to me, before they changed the formula.  :-(

I think MetalSweep is a good product, and I do take small amounts of this from time to time even today, but my tolerance for it is quite low.

Thanks, Marc.  What a challenge this is for us all in so many different ways, but financially and safety-wise we are all in the same boat...  the Titanic.   :(
