Oops..before the Routes Of Contamination..I forgot: Getting to know You

tayloka_40
What is Fluoride
Fluoride, as we know it, is a naturally occurring element called Fluorine. It appears on the
Periodic Table of elements in Group Number 17. The group name is called Halogen. The
symbol for Fluorine is F.

Fluoride was discovered in the 1940's. It was originally used for military purposes and
found wide spread usage in civilian applications. There was no commercial production of
Fluorine until after World War II. Fluorine modified is used in manufacturing, industrial
process, smelting processes, medical procedures such as anesthesia, and in
pharmaceuticals. This by no means is a comprehensive industry list but it gives you an
idea about how wide spread modified Fluorine usage has become.

Fluorine modified or changed to a compound is called Fluoride. There are many names for
Fluoride Compounds manufactured for commercial purposes.

The existence of Fluoride Compounds is prevalent in all areas of our environments. This
includes our homes, offices, schools, and grocery stores. Plastics contain Fluoride
compounds, so do toothpaste, and mouth rinses. Some sport drinks contain Fluoride
compounds as additives. There are fluoride compounds in the plastic wrap containing the
bread you buy.

It does not matter the source of the Fluoride compounds, we just need to know that every
and all naturally occurring and synthetically made (man made) fluoride compounds are
emitted and absorbed by our bodies as we interact in our environment.

To stay healthy, it is our responsibility to determine our exposure and to take appropriate
measures to remove the fluoride.

The Characteristics of Fluoride
Of all the elements, Fluorine is the most electronegative. That means it carries a negative
charge. It carries this negative charge because of the speed with which it moves. In a
natural state, you cannot see Fluorine. Its ion speed is so fast that it cannot be detected
and if you walked into a cloud of Fluorine gas, which is impossible, you would simply
disappear. There would not hide nor hair of organic matter, the molecules and chemicals
of you would be gone along with your organs, skin, and bone.

In fact, Fluorine is the most reactive of all known elements. This means itreacts with all
organic and inorganic material. Organic material is a way to refer to, and include, all
objects such as plant, animal, and human. Inorganic material is a way to refer to and
include all objects that are processed or made such as plastic bottles and skyscrapers.
Fluorine will react with glass, metals, minerals, glass, ceramics, and carbon. Fluorine can
start water on fire. It is also very reactive with Oxygen. When Fluorine ora Fluoride
compound is exposed to Oxygen and acid is created.

Elemental Fluorine, that which is naturally occurring, and the fluoride ion(in quantity) is
highly toxic to organic matter and highly corrosive to inorganic matter. Our goal is to be
able to eliminate and reduce the amount of contamination we receive each day as we live.

Hi, Karen and All,

Even before learning anything you, Karen, have written here, or even knowing anything about fluorine or fluoride, I was on a quest to get back to nature and as natural as I could get. Reason being, I react to plastics and many, many other things. But I have to say, even tho I have been on this quest for a number of years, I find it harder and harder to get there. There are whole segments of needs which no longer exist save for in a plastics form. And who even knows about the manufacturing processes for the so-called "natural" products that still exist on the market. For example, would we know what even goes into making an all cotton sheet? Is the process the same as years gone by or does it involve yet other unknown chemicals? I ask this because, I now react to fabrics in a fabric store and sheets I buy. Yes, I can wash them and they then seem ok, but overtime, are these still gassing out to some extent???

I don't mean to incite over-reaction, but am writing this as an actual question and as something to consider. I live with and buy and consume things everyday that I have absolutely no idea what went into making them. But I can almost bet that the process of making any item I come into contact with has changed remarkably in the last 75 years.

I have gone from bed-bound to close to normal energy-wise (by avoidance of toxins, foods, plastics, etc, etc, etc). I wrote Karen privately a few days ago when she asked whether people avoided that long list of things she posted. I wrote her that I went even further than that. Like I said, I have come along way healthwise, but when it comes to "normal" normal, I am a long way off. I cannot visit most people's homes without reacting to something. I cannot go on vacations without getting ill. I cannot go to a restaurant to eat.... I think I am the "canary in the cage". But just how long is it going to take for others to figure out that modern life is killing us slowly? And how are those of us that already know this able to get backto basics in a world that is so dysfunctional????

Hi Diane, and everyone,

I received your private email and was busy typing out all the answers, but in a more
common text. You are not alone in feeling ill and contaminated by your environment.
Many of us are.

There are fabrics that you can buy from healthfood stores. I would suggest that you
investigate hemp products. These are EMF free if you will and the processing of this hemp
material does not take well to the heavy chemical and bleaching baths by refining the
product.

You can also investigate FIR clothing and products. These come in sport wraps, bras, even
panties....you can also get protective t-shirts and the clothing is becoming much more
versatile and even fashionable. That will go along way.

Going out in public....boy...YOUR the canary in the cave, let me tell you, that coal mine
made me sensative to CARBON...ain't I pooched. But I take muster. It is always too soon to
quite. You will need to determine safe zones where you can and cannot go.

You might be affected by the Halogen Lightening group. These create frequencies that
affect the hearing. A nerve stimulated in your ear at high frequency can cause severe and
long term damage. Avoid those halogen lights. Get them and the flouroescentlightening
out of your home too. Avoid areas that use them.

This is an easy process to manage, LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...okay shoot I almost had a
heartache with that one...but laughing is very good for you...the fact is it is not easy, you
need to be vigilant. You need to be aware of you, your space, and what yourspace
contains.

If you don't know you are getting emittance from a halogen, you go home with a
headache, you feel hot and irritable. THIS would definately qualify as an Esens symptom.

You take care...

Karen

Thanks, again, for the info, Karen,

Very good info here. As for the halogens, I do know I react to them--ringing in the ear. I also react to some flourescents. Any info you have I can use. We are building a new house (hopefully) soon. We are trying to escape further into the country. (Somewhere, over the rainbow....) Oh well, don't I wish. Sorry about the carbon, Karen. I will try to exhale less often. ;)

Thanks again.

ROFL...don't hold your breath on my account...

I am on an acreage and have panoramic window. I am 3,870 feet above sea level with a
large annual supply of sun. If I had all that money I made, aka...didn't spend it saving my
life...LOLOL...I would install solar lighting.

I have seen these "green" bulbs and they are so soothing to my eyes. I havethis partial
"spatial" gap in my vision. Nerve damage but I use a FIR light at a 140 degrees F on it and
it is really getting better....so I find my lightning needs change. I applythis light directly to
the upper orbit of my eye. As the heat radiates, there is a gentle light that is emitted
through Jade. This light stimulates the pineal gland and helps to counteract the eye strain
associated wtih eSensativity.

But I practiced natural light when available, in the house to see. And you know....when it
gets too dark, my eyes get to strained...well...then maybe it is time for bed.

The body is an incredible machine when left to its own defenses of recovery.

Karen
(Gosh...this could be a consulting job...LOLOL.....)
