Now, ES from water and

I started on supplements which derives form mostly from plants and fruits, such as favnoids, tannins, alkaloids etc..

EMF and ES have increased. The ES IS now so acute, that touching anything at all, plastic, plants,but the worse, is water.!! Yesterday, I went to wash my hands, and as soon as my hands were in contact with water, nasty shock, noise could be heard, and a something (have no idea what) could be seen emanating from the water and my hands. I actually heard a crackling sound..

Anyone else experiencing this, and what is the best approach?

i have never gotten shocked on running water or plants but have gotten shocked +/or caused a flash from turning on the faucet, and touching plastics sometimes causes shocks and crackles.  perhaps rubber gloves would help you.  i am guessing tho that a tub of still water doesn't cause you problems, right?  would the emination you mention be a small trail of smoke?  i got that from touching my fireplace vent a couple times.  rubber gloveshelp me.
