Not able to metabolize pig thyroid, & can't get proper iodine. What to do?

Then I noticed a lot of info saying that iodine supplements, like the drops & kelp, are watered down, & contain far-too-tiny amounts only of iodine, not of IODIDE. Are there any iodine DROPS that contain both forms (iodine & iodide), & in MILLIGRAMS rather than micrograms? I'm just wondering, b/c I have to do sthg. about my thyroid, whether it's overactive or low, & getting enough iodine & iodide seems to be the only way to get things back on track. (Yes, I am already putting on magnesium oil before taking the Atomidine, & supporting my adrenals w/ holy basil tea & bovine adrenal hormone). Thanks :)
