New tower - help

Hi I'm in need of urgent advice.


They put up a new tower! It's just over  mile away but, we're right in line w the beam

My
 nerve endings are frying more than ever. I've had the power off in
the room I'm sleeping in & the electric guy coming soon.
I don't know how any of you managed it.
We need to
sell this place.

I put up window shielding that helped a great deal. I couldn't tolerate being in this house at all before. The antennas I'm exposed to are just quarter mile away with straight shot in to my home.

Thanks. Any window shielding better than another? I was looking on less emf.
