New to ES

valerie.kopach
HI All
I have MCS and now ES as well.   I am feeling very overwhelmed as to how to make my own home safe.  I find it even difficult to talk on my landline and I can only stay on computer for a few minutes.   Can you tell me what works and what doesn't before I waste anymore money?
Thanks

If it were only that simple!

Unfortunately, the things that work for one person may not work (or even
be harmful) for another person.

But there are some things that seem to work for many people:

- Reducing your overall daily exposure to EMF (moving EMF sources
further away from you, or you moving further away from EMF
  sources)

- Reducing the amount of metal on your person (metal-framed eyeglasses,
jewelry, belt buckles, underwire bra, metal dental work/implants)

- Reducing the amount of metal in close proximity to you (replacing metal
innerspring mattresses, replacing metal bed frames, etc.)

- Replacing anything "wireless" with the wired equivalent (Internet
  connection, phone, computer mouse, etc.)

- Replacing dimmer switches with on/off switches

- Replacing compact florescent light bulbs with incandescent light bulbs
  (or maybe LED light bulbs).

- Replacing plasma or tube TV sets with LCD

- Replacing intolerable electronic devices with more tolerable versions
  (requires trial & error)

Also, long-term solutions / cures involve boosting the immune system
via heavy metal detox, parasite cleanses, improved diet, etc.  Expect
those solutions to take awhile.

Do you know if the steterizers are helpful??  Or computer shields??
It is very hard to know what to buy because I really don't know what is causing my problem specifically.

Thanks
Valerie

Hi Valerie,

I believe those are unlikely to help very much, and you'd just be paying a fortune.

For a list of suggestions, see:  http://www.wireless-precaution.com/main/precautions.php  and  http://www.wireless-precaution.com/main/safecomputing.php

The other question is: do you live near smart meters? or cell towers?  or do you have neighbors using lots of wireless devices?
