Hi Marc,
I think you've mentioned this in previous posts over the years, but as you mentioned 'H Minus' in this post, I'd like to ask you: Do you know what thedifference is between 'Mega H', 'Megahydrate' and 'H Minus'? They all seemto be basically the same, but maybe one product is better than the other ones?

Also, what brand of Siberian Ginseng are you taking?

Thanks,
John.

They're all pretty similar (Microhydrin and Hydrogen Boost, too), but
most of these only come in capsules or caplets, while the H-Minus
comes in a powder (which seems to work better for me).

> Also, what brand of Siberian Ginseng are you taking?

Medi-Herb, which is a professional (doctors) brand, but can be
obtained online, and I have a local pharmacy that carries it.

I like Y-shield. It does not smell after a day or two, and doesn't seem
toxic even when
wet. It's very black and may need 2 coats to cover it. And if the fields
are bad you
may need 2 coats of Y-shield. But windows may be more important, especially
in a stucco building.

I suggest you call Richard Conrad Conradbiologics.com who lives somewhere
in Hawaii. He's an incredible resource for EHS and MCS.

Yes, it's intensely black. A little bit sparkly, depending on the light,
but
definitely black. For outdoors the cu-pro cote might be better, except
it probably only reflects without absorbing.

We painted over with KinderPaint from BioShield.
It's expensive but it is non-toxic and covers pretty well
in one coat. There are some other no-VOC paints that
are good AmeriPride or something?

I suppose I could have answered this question better, so I'll try
again! Over the years, Patrick Flanagan has kept "improving" on his
original Microhydrin formulation. First there was Megahydrin, which was
considerably stronger, and I think this is now known by the name "Mega-
H". I can confirm that this is stronger, so as a result I didn't need
to take as much and it became more affordable. The most recent
improvement has been "Megahydrate". I believe that H-Minus and
Hydrogen Boost are the same thing as Megahydrate, just sold by different
companies and with different labels. I didn't really notice much of a
difference with this improvement, so to me Megahydrate and Mega-H are
essentially the same.

But like I said, I've always preferred the powers over the
capsules/caplets, so I just go with whatever product is offered
as a powder.

There is also the product "Crystal Energy", which are drops that
are kind of like a lesser strength version of all of the above.
But this is sold primarily to increase hydration, not act as
an antioxidant.

Antioxidants (Re: H-minus / Siberian Ginseng)

johnottawa80
Thanks for the information on H-minus/Microhydrin/Mega-H Marc!
Regarding these supplements:
Not many days ago, I recieved a newsletter from Roger Haeske (a fruitarian diet advocate). He writes about how he by taking Microhydrin reversed a sunburn very quickly after he got burnt, and also that he earlier used to takeMicrohydrin daily and then couldn't get a tan because of the antioxidant effect of this product. He also describes how Microhydrin made him recover from exercise much quicker. It does indeed seem like powerful stuff!
And of course, eSens-sufferers have an increased need for antioxidants comapared to 'normal' people. This is documented by e.g. swedish M.D. Per-Arne Öckerman. (See e.g. article at http://www.papimi.com/papimi.gr/cases/ockerman/ockerman2.htm)
But of course, antioxidants don't cure eSens, it just has the ability to lessen symptoms. But by taking antioxidants that decrease some of the stress on the body, it is probably easier/faster to get cured if one at the same time addresses the underlying cause (e.g. heavy metals, leaky gut, chronic infections,...).

John.
