This is a bit of a teaser, sorry, but perhaps knowing about this may
be helpful (the website has a preview).
There is a new documentary movie that has a bit about EHS and a lot about
cell towers. It's pretty awesome. The world premiere was this
week at the Santa Fe Film Festival. The director is not based
in the US, though many of the shots are in the US. There is a pretty
good website about it: fullsignalmovie.com. Unfortunately there is
no distributor for it yet, but hopefully it will be coming eventually to
a theater or cable channel near you (and after that be out on DVD).
