Hi,

I am a substitute teacher and am definitely reacting terribly to the
wireless in the school buildings. As some background, I'm familiar
with EMF's and have no DECT phones in the house, don't use a
microwave, have 0 magnetic field in the house in general and where I
sleep. I don't use a cellphone, etc. No towers within 2.5 miles of
our home and I could go on - in general, my living space is as free
from EMF's as possible.

The wireless gives me headaches, my face turns beet red (blood
pressure?) I get a little brain fog, irritable and I'm unable to
sleep.

What is one to do if they have to work in a wireless environment to
pay the bills??? I've tried the Qlink and it does not seem to help at
all. I feel only marginally better using the ClearWave 2 clock in the
room.

Anyone found anything else? Special diets? Certain supplements?
What about the RF sheilding clothing - any experience there? I'm a
bit of a health nut and my diet is pretty good as well, mostly
organic, etc.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Lee

Lee, it sounds like you're already doing about as much as one
could hope for in terms of avoidance. As for diets and supplements,
I've found that evening primrose oil capsules and strong antioxidants
(e.g. Megahydrin, Amrit) are helpful. Also look into any and everything
that contains seaweed/kelp.

Do you have any metal dental work? History with mercury/lead/aluminum
poisoning? Removal of metals and heavy metal detoxification can be
a good way of reducing symptoms around EMF (as long as you are very
careful -- the whole heavy metal removal "industry" is full of
potentially dangerous practices).

As for devices, Clarus doesn't seem to have a good success ratio here.
People here have had success with the Bioprotect card, Quantum Products,
Stetzerizer filters, Springlife Polarizers, Tachyon products, and
others.

Hi Lee, welcome to the group, and every sympathy in your predicament.

As Marc hints below, a difficulty with ES is that what works for one person
often doesn't work for another, so there are no guaranteed "quick fixes".
(Plenty of examples in past emails!) But it is worth trying some things out,
while also looking for a long-term approach.

The big question I always feel is - when and why did the problem start, and
what's the underlying cause? For someone who's eating a healthy diet, and
avoiding EMF's as far as possible, yet still suffering ES symptoms in
conditions that don't affect the majority of people, there must be some good
reason. For many people it seems to be a badly damaged immune system, often
for very obscure reasons.

I don't want to sound flippant, but is there any possibility of transferring
to a school without a wireless network? Over here in the UK I think they
are not all that common yet in schools, though use is growing. Depends what
the situation is where you're living. For most people, prolonged exposure
to a frequency you're sensitised to seems to make things worse.

Beswt wishes, Ian

B12 injections have helped my ES symptoms a bit.
No cure, but B12 alomost completely stopped my
tremors.
