I borrowed the DVDs of the DNRS program, have been practicing for 6 non-consecutive weeks, & am getting a huge EXACERBATION of stroke symptosm, paralysis, choking, vision loss & EHS. I asked @ this on the DNRS Facebook group & they deleted my question b/c they thought it was too symptom-oriented. I was trying not to focus on symptoms, but it would put my mind at ease to find out that DNRS is safe & beneficial for others prone to strokes & who have brain injuries in brain structures other than the limbic system. I'm keeping up the practice, nonetheless. Be patient w/ yourself & don't stop practicing. I'm trying to find a Lyme doc, a place to live, & going thru a heartbreaking breakup all @ the same time, none of which you're supposed to be going thru when you're doing the DNRS program, so try to keep upheaval-type circumstances minimal when doing this program. <3

I'm sorry Elysia....I am sending you tons of love and light! I've never had a good feeling about the DNR programs. There is too much potential for mind screwing, to put it bluntly. I'd have to KNOW the source, whoever designed this particular program. Its took much like accepting a ride from a stranger, with all one's senses shut down. Meaning, at least when you meet someone face to face, you normally have your wits andsenses about you, to give you an impression about this person, offering you a ride. With those senses shut down, one is going into this completely blinded. I've had many tell me about similiar programs, using subliminal programs...and the same thoughts have always come to mind. I like to read my ingredients first.
