Nausea

ESther
I have been plagued with constant low grade nausea and a change in bowel movements for about five months now.  I started developing ES about a year ago when my next door neighbor got a smart meter.  I know there could be causes for these changes other than ES, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.  The EMF/RF causes low grade headaches, confusion and slight dizziness, which I think is what causes the nausea. Then, because I feel weak and crummy, and food is about as appealing as, and tastes like, cardboard, I'm not eating a good diet--just whatever I can find and get down to fill an empty stomach.

If anyone has any ideas of what to do about this, I'd appreciate hearing them.

Thanks,
Esther

Esther,

I get the same nausea from smart meters. I had to eat small amounts to fight it.

I don't have any answers other than support your thyroids. Ginger or a digestive enzyme might help.

RE: Nausea

Peppermint also helps with nausea. Maybe you could try some organic Peppermint tea.
Ginger root may also help, although I personally find that using Peppermint essential oil (it has to be PURE) a few drops mixed with 4 oz of water, in spray bottle, sprayed in mouth- have worked wonderfully for helping with nausea. Ginger is highly anti inflammatory and very warming to the body...if you are already feeling heat; this may not work for you. Peppermint, on the other hand, is cooling.
