Natural Detox Method

Elizabeth thode

Merry Christmas and Happy Solstice Everyone,
I'm posting a link on here regarding a natural method of detoxing
called: Oil Pulling. While its not a magic bullet, it is an easy way
to help the body detox, which in turn helps to make the immune
system stronger, which in turn, may help reduce many health
symptoms, be they caused from ES or other contributing factors.
This website is loaded with information, so take the time to read
thru all the various sections.
*And although this source talks about using Sesame Seed Oil,
and Sunflower Oils, I myself am a big fan of Organic Coconut
Oil; which can also be used in Oil Pulling.

Blessings of  Grace, Peace, Abundance and  Prospertiy!

Re: Natural Detox Method

Based on what I've read and SEEN- I absolutely believe that.
And because ES can cause many issues; ie: head aches/sinus/inflammation/
swollen lymph glands/ swollen face and tooth aches
- I think its worth a try to those
who haven't heard of this age old method. I read that Coconut Oil
is a stronger detoxer, so they say to go slower if you use this oil. Truly?
I think doing Oil Pulling is a safe, inexpensive and time tested way to
help with all sorts of issues. And I think it works just as well using Sesame
seed oil. I did read that Olive oil has been used, but many find the taste
a little off putting.  Just remember to spit the stuff out-
I find the more things we do to help our bodies heal, the more reaching
the results can be.

Re: Natural Detox Method

I tried oil pulling, it made me worse,
revved up many symptoms.

Got a heart attack two weeks after starting,
and I read something concerning this, but can't remember
where now.

Its should be fairly safe for most people..

Re: Natural Detox Method

Elizabeth thode

It is true- ANY form of detoxing can bring up more symptoms. I'm sorry to hear
that you had a heart attack two weeks after starting the Oil Pulling. I have
read on many detox sites, encompassing various detox methods, that
those who are more immune fragile, should NOT attempt any form of detox-
be it natural or otherwise. In those cases, supporting the body using superfoods,
like Spirulena, Greens, Chlorella, Omega 3's, and vital
minerals such as Iodine, (low doses), Magnesium Chloride Oil, Potassium, the B vitamins,
ect, are the safest way to start out. Also, many are not aware that lack of
Magnesium and low thryoid are major players in heart issues.
Thank you for bringing that up. For those who are sickly, the safest way to boost the
immune system is to feed the body the nutrients it is lacking. It is important to first strengthen
the immune system BEFORE doing any type of detoxing. Otherwise, it is entirely too common
to end up over loading the body's toxic burdens- in many cases because both the liver and the
kidneys; whose job is to help filter out the toxins, are already over loaded.
And one more thing: many forms of detox will pull out the good minerals (Magnesium, ect)
along with the bad ones, like mercury/aluminum/ cadmium etc. If the body is already low
on the good minerals, the reserve levels that the body keeps for emergency supplies, is
also tapped out..the end result is the person ends up feeling even worse after the detox
then before. This is all too common, whether its using foot patches, chelation methods, etc.
Some think that if they start on the vitamins/minerals at the same time as detoxing, its safe.
It takes MONTHS to restore the body's mineral supplies to adequate levels. This makes sense
when you consider that most people spend their whole lives being deficient in nutrition.
*I can't say how many months it takes, each person's levels are different. Hair anaylsis
testing would probably give the most accurate measures of body minerals.
