NEW EMF sufferer

michael_rothenberg
Please help me. I just started a job 2 weeks ago and since day one I've
been experiencing these odd symptoms - dizziness, nausea, lightheaded
and generally the feeling that I just fainted and I'm getting back up.
I've been trying to figure out what it is - fluorescent lights,
Electrical waves. I decided to buy a Gaussmeter and I get it at the
end of the week. Am I crazy?

Have other people experienced these same symptoms. They last till I go
to bed and go away in the mornings.

Please advise

Welcome to the group, Michael,

I've experience those symptoms in my workplace. Figuring out what
it is via a Gaussmeter is not likely to help, as you may be reacting
to frequencies and fields that the meter is not measuring (Electric?
Magnetic? Microwave? Low frequency? High frequency?)

You could however do a trial & error, perhaps there or in some
other environment to see if you can isolate what is bothering
you. It could be the florescent lights, the computer monitors,
the computers, wireless networking, wireless phones, etc. Or
it may even be non-electrical -- offgassing from new carpeting,
plastics, paints, etc.

Also, think if you've had these symptoms before in other places,
and what the common factors might be?

If it is EMF related, I'm sure we can come up with plenty
of suggestions... depends on what you want (or are able) to
do in that particular environment. Things like avoidance,
shielding, EMF protection devices, supplements, dietary
changes, etc.

How many cell phones, cordless phones or Wireless internet connections
are in the room or area?
Yes, check out the magnetic fields with your gauss meter and get an
environment as low as possible, under 1 mG if possible.
What else is unique about that environment?

Of course, the problem with workplaces is that the average employee
has little or no control over the EMF environment. You can't tell
everyone to turn off their computers and florescent lights. And you'd
probably look pretty silly if you put shielding all around yourself...
:-)
So you have to work within the limitations of what you can actually
accomplish.

This is why I repeatedly bring up EMF protection devices, as they
are one of the few practical solutions in a workplace environment.

Welcome in the club.

Probably high frequency electromagnetic fields from wireless appliances.

Not everything under the sun is ES, are you a regular Computer user,
you might have developed an upper limb disorder which may well be
affecting your muscles, spine, nerves, blood flow etc.... do you have
a stiff neck or upper back ? Holding a fixed posture could bring on
symptoms that you describe, chronic muscle tension due to anxiety or
indeed effects of emfs on body stimulating a similar feeling (not
phychological based though initially)will in first instance reduce
blood flow to muscles etc this is bad ! so always try to relax loosen
up.

I am bad ES but also have an upper limb disorder (fully diagnosed
various muscles hypertrophied, tenosinovitis et al all due to poor
workstation ergonomics poor posture bad use of mouse for over a
decade. It is my theory that I was ES long before I could work it
out, and that caused my body to slowly breakdown and ruin my recovery
rate to injury, even the small micro movements often central to RSI
damage, given what I have learnt re the biological effects of
microwaves and emr I do not find this at all surprising in hindsight.

Describe you work patterns desk furnituer arrangement etc, there is a
form of work related upper limb disorder known as Thoracic outlet
syndrome, (but just one of many)you might have or be developing
something akin to this, ... the plot thickens but sure enough you
cannot ignore the symptoms for long evan if you get respite with
rest, RSI/UPPER LIMB DISORDERS JUST LIKE ES WILL GET WORSE IF YOU DO
NOT ATTEND TO THE ROOT CUASE AND MITIGATE DAMAGE TO YOUR BODY, IE
REDUCE STRESS TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH GENERALLY TO
COMPENSATE..........
