Moved to Scotland

Stefanie Toth
Hi All,

Since 4 years now I try to find an electro free zone. I travelled through many countries but wasn't successful. Now I am in Scotland and stuck in a hotel: Wi-Fi, can't put of the fuses and so on. In a few days I will be sick. I am so tired of it. I have the feeling I can't change my situation. Is someone near Edinburgh or Glasgow, who might be able to give me a hand or helping me searching?

Thanks, Stefanie

stephanie, do you have a plan for detoxing?
you might search the world over to find that
what you need to do can be done wherever
you are - detoxing.  would you like some
help figuring out what the best method would
be for you?  there are many possibilities.  if
you'd like, we can email or talk on skype and
find out which detox method fits best into
your personal lifestyle.  ?  i'm offering my
time and services for free.  i've gone through
many different cleansing systems through the
years.  :)  love, patricia

Stefanie I know how it is, in 2007 I think I moved ten times in one year, it was soul destroying. I hope someone is able to help you. Good luck.

Hi Stefanie

This is good and generous advice from Patricia - I have come to the conclusion - like her- that this stuff is everywhere and it is only going to increase - soon 4g won't be enough and there will be a 5g and then a 6g  and so on and so on until such times as the public authorities take on board that the technology isn't safe - so since it will increasingly become unavoidable the best you can do is put your body in the best shape it can to cope with the effects of the wifi etc and detoxing is one of the ways to do that. Hope that you get some relief from that and that your situation improves.

Steph

Yes, I really like to take your offer. I wanted to start
to detox and to find out more about it soon anyway.
Nontheless, the problem is that I can't find a place
where I can find freedom to do so. I hope something
is going to happen now.

Blessings, Stefanie

Thanks for your suggestions and sympathies.
Yesterday I almost killed myself again. Then I was able
to sleep in another place. All this has also financial
ruined me and is continuing to do so.

I hope 'detox' will really make a difference.
In the last month I had moments in my life as never before just
staying away from electro magnetic fieds. It makes me sad just
to notice that I was my entire life ill and that hadn't be
necessary if I had only known.

Thanks, Stefanie

Re: Moved to Scotland

Stefanie, we all feel for you. You are not alone. I am not a religious person I don't have firm or concrete ideas about God, but I know if ever I'm at my wits end, and in a hard and desperate place, prayer really helps to calm me down. Something simple like the lord's prayer, or asking the virgin Mary to come be with you ( she really comes), can often help get one out of that desperate, dark place. I don't know how it works or why it works, but from my experience it does. Also having a daily practice of yoga ( can be simple stretches for 20 mins)  and meditation really helps to keep me grounded, along with regular epsom salt baths. Please know you are not abandoned or alone, often when the physical fails us, the spiritual is what we have left. keep sharing if you need to, and please don't give up; you never know where or when the next angel or miracle will present it's self.

Re: Moved to Scotland

Hi Stefanie

I hope that it might help you to know that the emfs /emr have the effect - when they are really bad - of messing with brain chemistry so that people with ES do get bad depression to the point where they have ideas of suicide - but these pass - you just have to do whatever you can to help yourself to hand in there - even if it is only something as simple as a soothing bath with something like a couple of drops of lavender oil in it this will help - I know of what I speak because I had a dreadful time about 2 and a half weeks ago - and I mean scarily bad, but that was what I did and it really helped.

And while you need to detox, you also need to be aware that it has taken a long time for the toxic overload to build up so you will also need to be careful in addressing it - tempting as it might be to go crazy with a whole lot of stuff that everyone says works you need to remember that we are all different and are all toxed up differently so what might work well for one person might have very unpleasant effects with you - which can also make the ES sensations worse - Again this has happened to me and you need to basically keep a diary of what you are taking, how much, note down any effects [good or bad] work with just one thing at a time until you know that it is only doing you good and not having any unpleasant side effects and then add in something else.

I really hopes this helps - keep posting here and let us know how you are doing - it helps to share what is going on with people who are experiencing the same things as you

take care of yourself

Steph
