Meter question

Can an oscilloscope.measure RF & electric? Wer'e getting a used analog.

It could even measure magnetic if hooked to a coil.

They are great for measuring transients (like dirty power
usually) but won't go up too high in RF (though
expensive ones go up to 200 MHz or higher).

Some of the new handheld digital ones put out terrible
EMFs, but I hear the Velleman ones aren't too bad.
