Metal/Magnents/shielding - help?

majestic
New to this idea of EMFs and ES, but done alot of research.

Didn't know if someone could help...

Latest I've learned is metal can make the EMFs worse, by increasing them and spreading them.

So a few questions:

1. Does metal only absorb the EMFs? or does it spread them further in the house?
2. If metal is bad, why is metal used as shielding?
3. what is the closest/furthest it will effect you? do you need to touch it to feel effects? or just being near?
4. how do you go about degaussing or demagnetizing the metal in your house?
5. Magnets make things worse or better? For example, a magnet for a cabinet door. Is that harmless/harmfull?

Thank you!

Some metals seem to act as "antennas" for EMFs, resulting in you feeling worse around those metals than if they weren't there at all.

Metal can be used to block EMF, and if the metal is properly grounded, then the EMFs will be diverted to the ground source.  However, wearing ungrounded metal as shielding materials has had mixed results on groups like this.  Some people say it's a life-saver, some say it makes things much worse.  It's not clear to me what the difference is between these two categories of people, but you should be able to pretty quickly tell which category you are in (if you have some shielding material).

You don't need to touch it.  People react to the metals inside beds and furniture, even though the metal is not making direct contact with them.

I once owned a demagnetizer, but it didn't seem to make any difference.  So I don't know...

Some people have been able to use magnets therapeutically, but typically they have to be placed in the correct orientation at specific parts of the body.  Otherwise, magnets can be bad.  I personally wouldn't worry about a cabinet door, but that's probably because I don't spend much time around my cabinet doors!

This might help with something, if you are trying to understand your weak spots in your building.
