Mercury/Heavy metal Detox

sailplane
I'm wondering how many have found improvements from doing a heavy metal detox?

This seems to be the only thing that has ever helped me with lasting effect, but it has been difficult to do the detox due to side effects.

Yes, having metal fillings removed, and attempting to detox over the years is probably the thing that's helped me the most over the years.  But like you say, my tolerance for doing any sort of detox is pretty low... seems like there must be some liver/kidney damage or detox pathways that aren't working very well.

And 16 years after having my fillings removed, I still get ill from eating a tuna sandwich.

Wow!.. That's amazing about the tuna.

Have you tried chlorella pyrenoidosa while doing the detox?
https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Traditions-Powder-Chlorella-Ounce/dp/B00AVIV3FC
The link shows Chlorella Vulgaris actually, if you zoom in on the back of the bag.. but same company makes Pyronoidosa.. I'm not sure how to tell the difference when ordering online.. I buy it at the store.  It's a Canadian company and the quality of their chlorella has always been good.

This particular type of chlorella has been said to be good for detox by Dr. Klinghardt:
http://www.klinghardtacademy.com/BioData/Dr-Dietrich-Klinghardt-MD-PhD.html
I'm sure he has detox treatments, but I'm also sure he's very expensive.

But just that amazon chlorella I found to work very good to reduce the effects, although I had completely forgot about it and tried the detox without it, which did not go so well at all.  I am now trying the cilantro liquid with the chlorella too and I hardly feel anything. I've started again since yesterday.  I think it's important to try this, it could reduce symptoms significantly, and the effect could be lasting.

You can also just take the chlorella powder daily with no cilantro, but I think the effect is very small compared to using cilantro.  If you're affected by tuna that much already, you might benefit from the chlorella for a month or two before trying anything that begins to take heavy metals out like cilantro.. Just an idea.

Oh yes, I've tried a variety of chlorella's over the years... I think I went though at least 30 bottles of "NDF", which is a chlorella/cilantro mix.

Originally when I tried chlorella (tablets), it made me quite a bit worse, and then I later learned that a lot of chlorella's contain heavy metals themselves.

These days I take some "Clean Chlorella" from the Health Ranger, and this one is tolerable.  They claim that it's the least contaminated of any brands, but I have no way to know that is true.  But it is tolerable to me, which is saying something.

The only one I found tolerable is the Organic Traditions, they say it's a freshwater chlorella and I think they grow it in aquariums/pools.
This is the detox liquid I use:
https://www.iherb.com/pr/Planetary-Herbals-Cilantro-Heavy-Metal-Detox-4-fl-oz-118-28-ml/20830

The cilantro can be contaminated also.  I think the organic traditions chlorella may no longer be produced, online I only see the vulgaris one.
Clean Chlorella you mentioned is vulgaris also, and the SL one is pyrenoidosa.

Clean Chlorella™ SL is the world's cleanest chlorella grown under sunlight, in outdoor pools. It is certified organic and produced in Taiwan using mountain spring water.

Sounds pretty good, did you try the SL one?
https://www.healthrangerstore.com/products/organic-clean-chlorella-sl-200mg-tablets-1415-tablets?variant=16535275329

It's wow expensive.. I used to buy this stuff for $9 canadian dollars. I should've stocked up.  It is now $22 here, and the health ranger one is $45USD.

I do also have a bottle of the Clean Chlorella SL, not really sure which one my body likes better, but have been taking the "non SL" version for now.

Vulgaris is more digestible and probably has more nutritional value. Pyrenoidosa is more suited for detoxing, according to Klinghardt.  Maybe a 50/50 mix would be ideal.

"Generally there are two different strains of Chlorella available on the market: Ch. Pyrenoidosa and Ch. Vulgaris. They certainly differ in a few details of fact, but to cut a long story short, the main points are: Only Ch. Pyrenoidosa possesses Sporopollein and normally has a higher content of B12. Ch. Vulgaris balances this disadvantage having a slightly better digestibility (softer cell wall) and on average, a higher chlorophyll and C.V.E. content."
""Sporopollenin" a carotenoid polymer of limited occurrence amongst plants; part of the strong cell wall of Chlorella, but only of the strain Pyrenoidosa (not Vulgaris), which accelerates the detoxification of different toxic chemicals/pollutants"

A good ionic foot spa is a nice mechanical way of getting rid of  heavy metals, among others.

I tried an ionic foot bath, and it made me much worse.  The person administering it was shocked at how black the water was getting, and speculated that I was the most heavy-metal toxic person she had ever encountered.  During the next day that followed, it appeared that I had a major redistribution of metals, and lost several years of progress.  Probably spent $10,000+ over the next several years to get back to where I was before the foot bath.

So I don't consider those to be safe, and the health care practitioner that helped me recover said that I wasn't the first person to have this problem.

How did you get so much in you?
I had 7 big amalgams in my mouth for about 10 years.. I think that's where I got my dose.

Did you try ZeoLite?

I had good results with it:
https://www.iherb.com/pr/healthforce-nutritionals-zeoforce-detoxify-daily-14-oz-400-g/19357
but they discontinued it, some were claiming it was contaminated and that's why it was shut down.
Worked very well for me though.. probably anything these days that can be contaminated has some contamination, but may still have some ability to absorb more.

Yes, I've tried about 10 different kinds of zeolite, generally I found it to be too dehydrating and caused stomach bloat.  I had better luck with the "liquid zeolites", but only probably because they were weaker.  I think CytoDetox might have been the best, but again I think there are better things for me (e.g. MetalSweep by BioPure).

Well, I probably had about 20 amalgams in my mouth, for decades, with some of them drilled out and replaced by other amalgams.

There was a time when I ate an entire can of tuna, daily, that probably spanned years.

Also wore contact lenses since the 6th grade, the cleaning solution I used back then was preserved with thimerosol (mercury).

As a kid, I had allergy shots for years, I can only imagine what they were preserved with.

Probably also played with broken mercury thermometers as child... can't remember.

Also my family on my mother's side has a tendency towards dementia, so I suspect there's a genetic lack for detoxing metals. I had my DNA tested for this, but didn't see anything obvious.

But certainly I'm much less toxic now than I was then.

Dr. Dr. Klinghardt promotes biopure.

He presents products here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YT4Wz5PvBsM

talks about detoxing here:

I thought those videos were pretty good.

I think BioPure is Dr. Klinghardt's product line. This particular product, "MetalSweep" is the same thing as IMD by Quicksilver Scientific, with the addition of a natural Vitamin C powder.  Although I imagine that many BioPure products are relabeled versions of other company's products.
