Can anyone give me the contact at Mercola about the light bulbs having
a filter for the high frequency or give me any more info on that,
please.

I don't know about the filters, but here is a page on Mercola.com

Personally, I don't think there is such a thing as a good florescent
light bulb... I tried a half dozen brands several years ago, including
a shielded Ott Lite, and they all caused ES symptoms.
