Hello!
I'm new to this forum, and like most of you, I am EXTREMELY sensitive to EMFs and similar things. I have tried many, many different approaches and nothing has seemed to help me.
Recently I have been meditating for 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 minutes at night. The feeling when I finish meditation is very powerful, almost like I have a shield around me protecting me from foreign energies! I have noticed that I feel more grounded around computers, but this is only after about 2 days of doing so.
I will report back next Monday after I complete a full week of meditating twice daily!
