I am looking into getting wood slat platform or foundation as well as an organic mattress. I currently have a metal frame for my bed plus my mattresss is very old and has metal handles attached to it. My bed feels as if it is vibrating all night long plus I have more heart palpitations in bed then anywhere else.I find it difficult to go to sleep when I have palpitations plus do not like waking up with palpitations........
I have a wool duvet made by Natura, as well as a 'cozy' which is something like a sleeping bag, must not as thick and made by all organic wool and cotton. I use the 'cosy' when I am on the couch reading so I do not get cold.
