Mast Cell Disorder & Modifying Brain Retraining...(?)

Hi, all. Chatted online w/ a Lyme specialist aware of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) last nite. He's pretty sure that the reason I'm not responding to brain retraining, getting more brain & nerve damage, & getting bone-breaking pain from the electromagnetic exposures is b/c MAST CELL DISORDER, which underlies many EHS cases, is NOT the same ting as an allergy, altho it does involve overproduction of histamines, & damage to brain, nerves & connective tissue by too many histamines in brain & connective tissue. But the histamines overproduce b/c my body produces TOO MANY MAST CELLS, which produce the histamines; NOT the same thing as an alelrgic response, more like a random genetic thing. So, does anyone else familiar w/ mastocytosis / mast cell disorder have any suggestions regarding herbs, supplements, & perhaps modifications to brain retraining. Wondering if, in my visualizations, it would be helpful for me to say "My body no longer needs to
produce so many mast cells" or sthg. like that. As I understand it, brain retraining can epigenetically activate &/or de-activate any genes that are "malfunctioning," but it seems ot take A TON of effort on the part of mastocytosis & EHS sufferers. I guess there's a high probability of an as-yet-unidentified virus &/or retrovirus behind mast cell disorder, so I bought some GSE this morning & am going to get some Meso Silver or some other strong anti-microbial, whatever I can afford. Meantime, I have to give up my aparment b/c the low-frequency radiation-emitting security systems in the antique shop & art gallery below my apartment are leading to the cooking of my connective tissue & nervous system, leading to a ton more pain, paralysis, seizuress & vision loss. Will be interesting to see if I ever reach a turning point in the brain retraining, where the overproduction of mast cells & histamines is shut off, & my brain & nervous system finally exist in
an environment where they can heal. :)

I noticed several people on the oxalate diet group also mentioned mast cell problems and wondered if thats what has been happening with me since starting to lower oxalates. She used an enzyme for it.
Maybe saying a positive statement when visializing, as in how would your body be or doing if not overproducing mast cells?
Also wonder how they know , if they test the blood or ?
Just got back blood test and Dr said to see hematologist as high monocytes,MPV,MCV and low platelets. WOnder what increases or decreases.
I use elderberry extract for virus....and it helps me some.
Wonder if you can put down foil or screen and put area rugs on floor to reduce EMF.
