Marc in answer to your question

Minni
You'd asked me in the other thread what stuff feels healing to me.

I'd answered you on that thread, but to state it in even more of a nutshell, here goes:

Whatever calms drunkards from hangovers
...and whatever relieves people of car-sickness

Those foods are often relieving to me when my immune/nervous system is overstressed, and I have migraines.

I.E. drunkards wake from sleep in torture with hangovers.
simlarly computer users wake from sleep in torture with hangovers.
BOTH benefit by coffee
BETTER YET is when I take coffee THE NITE I'M ON COMPUTER - THAT LESSENS SEVERITY NEXT MORNING

car-sick people benefit by taking soda crackers
Ditto with me - I.E. soda crackers plus coffee/milk/caloricSweetener are great calmers for me

BTW salty-popcorn relieves me (which is interesting because excess sodium is often BAD for me - such as salty fish triggering UTI as well as headaches & flu.

In general, LowFat Lysine foods are great for me (my kineseologist had been correct!
Yogurt, Milk, Eggs, Yellow-Oils, Avocado, Black Cherries
I'm closest to what Vedics call a Vata-Kapha type person.
...but not precisely so, because I'm an unnaturally-degenerated Vata-Kapha

Okay, thanks, it's good to see that SOMEthing helps you.  Of your list, the only thing that
I have also noticed benefit from is avocados.

Although admittedly I have experimented much with "yellow oils" or black cherries.

Oh, there's more on my list - such as yams, veggies, etc.

Black cherry concentrate helped at least one Crohn's patient (viewed online) go into remission.
It ain't a gimmick - it's for real.

BTW ever since Freewebs free-hosting became trashed (despite their promise not to), I can't find a free-host where I can upload a two-three page alternate version of my wordpress blog, which is laying dormant in my offline HTML folder. That version includes a clear grid-chart, which might help others like me.

I just couldn't find time for the research necessary to hunt for same, and which includes a non-ftp capability of uploading my HTML files.
