Hi all
Whilst searching for something through some old posts, I saw that someone (Jim?) was doing a trial with a Magnetico mattress pad - sleeping with the north side up. Was just wondering whether he (or anybody) else got good results from this? Thanks K |
K, I will be keeping the Magnetico Pads. I believe they are doing at least 2 things for me. Detox and reducing body aches while sleeping. I am not able to completely address some of the heavy metal detox until I finish my dental work (Gold Crown with a mercury filling underneath). I did just complete 2 other similar crown replacements with one to go. Be careful with magnetic therapy. I recommend thoroughly reading the Magnetico website as I believe Dr. Bonlie has a superior design to what Dr. Philpott had done while he was alive (he died in 2009). The problem with the Philpott design is that even though the positive pole is pointing away from you, because the magnet was close to the body the positive magnetism is still reaching you somewhat. Bonlie's(Magnetico) design uses a much stronger array of magnets and advises you to keep them a certain distance from you, i.e., under your mattress. They are expensive, but this is the only way I would use them for extended use (like sleeping). There are certainly applications where you can get a short exposure to the positive (south) pole. The magnetico website address is: http://magneticosleep.com/ Hope this helps. Hi Jim
Thanks for the reply, very helpful. I was wondering how it could be that a magnetic mattress can influence mercury as mercury is not deemed to be a magnetic metal. Then came across the fact that mercury (and some other materials such as lead, silver, copper and water) are what is called diamagnetic. Which means they're not magnetic, but can take on a weak, opposing magnetism when near a magnetic field. Or as per Wiki: Diamagnetism is the property of an object or material which causes it to create a magnetic field in opposition to an externally applied magnetic field. So I wonder if this constant exposure to (positive) EMF has given those metals on us a positive charge, causing them to be repelled (and thus moved and redeposited). And so I guess it would be good to sleep on a negative field mattress all night and counter the days positive fields. Thanks again. Wow... great info. Thanks.
