Anyone here with personal experience of taking this?

Lypo-Spheric satchets from Livon Labs is the original, various copycat products now on the market as Liposomal, either in liquid or capsules, most noteworthy is Dr. Donsbach.

Thanks.

I actually felt better taking them a year ago or so. I try not to do
any soy now so stick to Krill Oil. Tell me if they go to a non-soy PS
or PC.
Thanks,
Andrew

OK, how did you feel better? Are you referring to the possibillity that the soy-derived components may very well be GMO? I dont know how onecould make a non-soy PS or PC.

Re: Lypo-Spheric/Liposomal Vitamin C

It seemed I had more energy and resistance to getting fatigued around
cell phones. Maybe that was the Vit. C?
Yes, I believe much of our soy is GMO and unless it is fermented or
cultured, it is a protein inhibitor. See below.
I am happy to learn more about PS or PC from soy if it is organic and
cultured. And I haven't done enough research into it to see what other
things can be made into PS or PC. I am sticking as close as I can to
natural, unprocessed food.
Thank you,
Andrew

Dr. Mercola article:

"...the soybean contains large quantities of natural toxins or
"antinutrients". First among them are potent enzyme inhibitors that
block the action of trypsin and other enzymes needed for protein
digestion.

These inhibitors are large, tightly folded proteins that are not
completely deactivated during ordinary cooking. They can produce
serious gastric distress, reduced protein digestion and chronic
deficiencies in amino acid uptake. In test animals, diets high in
trypsin inhibitors cause enlargement and pathological conditions of
the pancreas, including cancer.14

Yes ok. As far as I know, there are no enzyme inhibitors etc present in lecithin components from soy.

Hi Andrew,

There may be others, I don't know, but there is sunflower lecithin I ran across a few years ago. Haven't been able to try it myself yet.

Note that on the subject of lecithin, if you take too much lecithin, you
may find yourself with calcium loss, as lecithin is high is phosphorous,
and the body does what it can to maintain a certain phosphorous-to-
calcium ratio in the bloodstream (including taking it from your bones).

I recall the year that I was supplementing lecithin, I then went to
the dentist and they found new 7 cavities! (by far the highest amount
ever for me)

So if one supplements with lecithin, one should not overdo it, or
add extra calcium.
