Lowest inflammatory oil for tinctures?

Elle
Hi,

I am looking for best option or top 2, 3 options for lowest inflammatory effect oil needed for CBD tinctures.

I am making my own using a pure CBD plant extract and want an oil that will be super low inflammatory.

I was using organic raw unfiltered olive oil, but wanted some advice here from anyone who may know a better option or if my olive oil is bad in that form.

Thanks!

Why don't you simply mix with water and some sunflower lecithin?

since I started using lecithin for the production of my own liposomal vitamins, I started using it for so many purposes... to rub on skin, to do my salad sauces, do dilute oils...

The reason is that lecithin is an emulsifier, meaning, it dissolves both water and fat soluble solutions.

Plus, its chemical composition of phospholipids is IDENTICAL to cell walls, and phospholipids have many health enhancing properties.

So whatever oil you mix with lecithin it will dissolve. I would add water to make it work better though.

On top, it is cheap.

The bad side of it: it doesn't taste very good....

Oh that bad side might be a deal breaker.  The pungent CBD and THC when used are very strong for me to smell/taste.  Even my (sorry!) watery poo will reek of the flower if I take it in tea.

Any other oils (and how they are produced: raw, cold pressed, unfiltered, filtered???) that could be less inflammatory?  :)

Thanks, Jinna!

When I experimented with lecithin, I later ended up with my worst dental appointment ever -- 7 cavities!  So make sure you don't dissolve your teeth with it...

I currently use organic extra virgin olive oil.  I was seeking advice if there is anything that could be less inflammatory...

Due to the lecithin Jinna mentioned being not good tasting, I will pass.  LOL
