Low EMF house for rent in Santa Fe

BiBrun
Rental house:
4BR 2bath, 2500 sq. ft. on 1.1 acres in Santa Fe, NM. $2100 per month plus
utilities.  6 month lease preferred.  Partially furnished if desired.

More info below.  Please contact me if you are interested.  My health has
improved tremendously in this house but the family has moved
to Kansas at least until this fall.  The fields are quite low but not
perfect due mainly to above ground power lines (not on the 1.1 acre
property, but
on the road leading to it).  I often sleep inside the faraday cage which
has no detectable cellphone signals or electric fields, just low frequency
magnetic fields which are about 10 times lower than in a typical house.

This is a great house in quiet, private neighborhood, yet close to
everything (~half mile to shopping & restaurants).
Passive solar heat plus many nice features.  Very low power line fields,
moderately low cellphone signal.  No wi-fi when
last checked.  Currently also has a very high performance faraday cage,
10ft x 7 ft. in one bedroom.

More description

Passive solar + hydronic electric baseboard heat ("Softheat" brand; best
available for MCS) and some radiant floor heat.  Also wood stove.

Refrigerator is SunFrost ultra efficient (manual defrost, but goes months
without needing it). Ceramic cartridge filter for drinking water, plus
fluoride removing filter.  Large whole-house carbon filter.  Hot water
heater is new with magnesium (not aluminum) anode rod.

-All windows are double pane, by Anderson.
-Most windows and doors have some kind of microwave shielding.  Cellphones
still work, but the levels are around 0.015 to 0.025 -Volts/meter
(bioInitiative recommended level is 0.6 V/m.  FCC rule is about 1000 times
higher).   AC magnetic field level is about 0.03 milliGauss.  BioInitiative
proposed limit is 1.0mG. Power industry limit is about 900 mG.
-End bedroom has electricity kill-switch to vastly reduce AC electric
fields when power is not needed
at outlets.
-All GFI outlets are non-dirty power type, and can be manually switched
completely off.
-All detected ground loops and wiring errors have been corrected.

Power coming into house is filtered using a military grade Filtron power
filter, rated at 100dB attenuation
(that's 10 billion-fold improvement) from 14kHz to 10 GHz.  (Note the power
is limited to 100 amps; but this
has not been a problem for us... the heaters, laundry and fridge are 240
Volts so don't draw much current).

One bathroom has ultra efficient exhaust fan (Panasonic); the other has
regular exhuast fan and opening skylight.  Remodeld bathroom has extra deep
bathtub, 2 shower heads plus hand shower, extra tall glass doors and tiled
shower ceiling.

Laundry are Bosch front load.

Floors are tiled throughout; Saltillo and matching Italian porcelain.  The
porcelain is done with grout
with water repellant fixative.  No sealant that might emit odors.

There are ceiling fans in 4 rooms but we never seem to need them because of
the passive solar design: sun shaded in the summer but comes in the windows
in the cold months.

The property if frequented by a rabbit, quail, many birds including humming
birds, lizards, etc.  occasionally a hawk.  Coyotes and owls have been seen
very nearby.  The house is on the dead end section of Botulph road in the
small Arroyo Chamiso subdivision.  Across the fence is the larger, better
known, (and also very desirable) Sol y Lomas subdivision.
Our nearest neighbors include a New Mexico Supreme Court justice, a solar
business owner, some retirees, and a former Santa Fe City Councillor.

Features one private enclosed patio, and one large patio, many old pinon
and juniper trees, some fruit trees,
an herb garden, etc.

Botulph Road is on the far left of this photo, and has above ground power
for houses on the cul-de-sac.  The 1.1 acres is the right half of the
photo.  There are neighboring houses just to the right and above.
