Long shot, anyone else able to get out of wireless alarm contract?

Pretty sure the wireless alarm company is beaming our house trying to talk to the control panel console (we have it shut off). They keep sending emails saying they have been trying to communicate with it. Its cellular and from doing readings with my meter the high RF comes from the ceiling and middle of a doorway near the Control console. My parents just signed a contract with vivint ($50 a month). I'm not 100% about all this but something emf/rf/dirty electricity has been hurting me inside the house.  We don't have wireless,/cordless phone, wifi, etc.

They do have a tcl roku tv that may be responsible but I thought I physically disabled a possible wifi module.
